Shipped items -  May be returned within 10 days of delivery confirmation, store credit only.
Instore purchases -  May be returned within 10 days of receipt date, store credit only.

FINAL Sale items can NOT be returned Retail Returns accepted within 10 Days of Purchase For Store Credit Only. Product must be unworn, tagged and damage free.

Shipping Policies

       Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

 For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.

       ​Feathers Boutique will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. 

 

Christmas Policy: 

 *** Usps shipping is currently delayed due to overwhelming shipping. Feathers Boutique can not guarantee delivery dates. Feathers boutique is not responsible for delivery time once product has been delivered to the PO for shipment to you** 

Christmas Return Policy: Purchase from December 11- December 24 are eligible for return for store credit or exchange until January 2.
